The Noble Impressions Journey
Noble Impressions was founded by Laura Nelson, a dedicated early childhood professional with 24 years of experience. Throughout her career, Laura has excelled in roles ranging from teacher to assistant director, center director, regional director, and director of academic development. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in the early learning field.
Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on Early Childhood Development and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Studies specializing in Leadership, Management, and Administration. She is a CDA Professional Development Specialist, a certified Texas Director since 2012, and a registered Texas Trainer. Her expertise spans professional development, organizational leadership, and creating sustainable strategies for quality improvement in early education settings.
Guided by her Christian values and passion for mentoring others, Laura is committed to empowering educators and organizations to achieve excellence while fostering environments where children and families thrive. Her innovative approach and unwavering dedication make Noble Impressions a trusted resource for early childhood professionals.
Beyond her work in early education, Laura is a devoted wife and mother of four. Her family shares a love for road trips, glamping, hiking, adventure parks, and spending time outdoors. Whether exploring new trails or relaxing by a campfire, they cherish creating lasting memories together. This deep appreciation for family and adventure fuels Laura’s passion for building strong, connected communities in early childhood education.

Noble Impressions Leadership and Training Solutions
Noble Impressions training services provide high-quality, interactive professional development sessions tailored to early childhood educators. Our standard training package includes a two-hour in-person session selected from our list of available topics, accommodating up to 50 team members per session.
